This is an adorable long dark blue vintage dress with tiny white polka dots and a matching cropped bolero jacket, from the late 1930's or early 1940's.

The bust of the dress is gathered, with a white ruffle trim that has a large white bow in the center of the bodice. The straps come out of the center, and there are two sash straps at the waist that tie in back. The bolero jacket is open in front and has unique puff sleeves and rounded collar.

This dress is in excellent condition, a few of the polka dots have worn off and the white trim shows some overall slight discoloration from age.
